Processing & Handling
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day. Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) for your order to be prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 6 to 15 business days
- International destinations: 12 to 25 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier capacity. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered the fulfillment process and address modifications may no longer be possible. Order Cancellations
Due to the speed at which we process orders, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Warranty Replacements
If your item is eligible for a warranty replacement, please be aware that the replacement shipment may take up to 2 months to arrive. We appreciate your patience while we process and dispatch your replacement.
