Returns & Refund Policy

At Sol & More, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns received outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. We do not accept returns that arrive without prior authorization.

To get started:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, carefully repack the item and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Reports submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please contact our support team to confirm product availability before initiating an exchange.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of a product defect or fulfillment error. If applicable, this fee will be communicated to you during the return approval process. We will always be transparent about any fees before proceeding.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that banking processing times may vary and are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

7. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day return window

8. Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe an error has been made, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be accommodated.
